A modular home is a traditional, permanent home that is built in sections inside a climate-controlled factory and then transported to your property. Once it arrives, a crane carefully sets the sections onto a permanent foundation, where the home is connected and finished on-site.
Because much of the construction takes place indoors, the building process is less affected by weather and other delays that can slow traditional construction. Modular homes are also highly customizable, giving you the flexibility to choose a floor plan and make it your own based on your needs, your property, and your budget.

Choose Your Home
The process starts with exploring a wide variety of floor plans offered by our trusted manufacturers. We’ll help you find a home that fits your needs, your property, and your budget.

Make It Yours
Once you’ve selected a plan, you can customize your new home to fit the way you live. From the layout and finishes to features and other details, we’ll work with you to create a home that feels like your own.

Your Home Is Built
Once your home plans are finalized, construction begins! Your home will be constructed off-site in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, where each stage of construction is carefully monitored and inspected.

Prepare Your Property
While your home is being built at the factory, we’ll prepare the site for your home. We’ll install the foundation, prepare for utility connections, and coordinate the necessary steps to ensure a smooth set.

Set & Finish Your Home
When the sections are complete, they’ll be transported to your property and carefully set by crane onto a permanent foundation. The sections are then connected, and the remaining work is completed on-site.

Move In
Your new home is complete and ready for you to move in!

We understand how important it is to know what your new home will cost. When we prepare an estimate, we work to account for the major costs involved in getting your home from the factory to a finished home on your property, including permitting, freight, setting the home, site work preparation, foundation installation, driveway, porches/decks, and utility connections.
