Modular homes are traditional homes pre-built offsite in an indoor, climate-controlled factory. These homes come in a range of sizes and are easily customized to meet your specifications and budget. All modular homes are built to meet local, state, and regional building codes. The home is 80-90% complete when it's transported, in sections, to the building site where a crane is used to set and connect the sections on a permanent foundation. All that's left is adding finishing touches onsite.
